Personal data we process
Personal data Netinium processes is only contact information which is entered on the contact-form. This information is send to info@netinium.com and is not stored in the website-related database. The contact form is received by Netinium in the e-mail application and this information is considered privacy-sensitive and handled conform the privacy statement as part of our ISO-27001 based management system and fulfills the GDPR data protection rules.

Netinium does not use social media plugins.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Netinium B.V. does not process special and /or sensitive data, no data can be left on our site, except information left on the contact-form.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Netinium B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes: – Calling or emailing you in response to the filled-in contact form.

Automated decision-making
Netinium B.V. does not make any automated processed decisions about matters that may (significantly) affect individuals. This refers to decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without the presence of a person (for example an employee of Netinium B.V.).

How long we keep personal data
Netinium B.V. does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data was collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
– Name
– Email address – Phone number
Retention periods: 1 month when no follow-up calls; 1 year after relevant contact moments.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Netinium B.V. only provides third parties and only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies or similar techniques that we use
Netinium B.V. does not use cookies or similar techniques.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Netinium B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@netinium.com. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Netinium B.V. would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data. How we secure personal data
Netinium B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service via info@netinium.com.
